Bob Minniti is the President and Owner of Minniti CPA, LLC. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Forensic Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and is Certified in Financial Forensics. Bob is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona. Bob received his MBA degree and Graduate Certificate in Accounting from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management. Bob received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. Bob has over 20 years of experience in accounting which includes forensic accounting, fraud examinations, internal audit, compliance, government accounting, tax, consulting and teaching. Bob has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry which includes managing a mortgage company, serving as a designated broker for a real estate company, valuing real estate and working with real estate investment trusts. Bob has been published in professional journals in both the accounting and real estate fields. He is a professor teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses in accounting, fraud examination, fraud criminology, ethics, forensic accounting, operational audit, internal audit and real estate finance at DeVry University and Kaplan University. He has experience with forensic accounting, fraud examinations, real estate valuations, real estate financing, financial auditing, internal auditing, internal control development, business continuation planning, taxes, insurance, risk management, financial planning and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance work. Bob is a board member on the Executive Advisory Board of the American Board of Forensic Accounting.
