Postscript to CPA Gringo in Tegu, HN.

As many of the society office staff and my friends know, my fiancee Marlene lives in Tegucipgalpa, Honduras, along with her family. We are all thankful that Marlene and her daughter Fabiana arrived in the U.S. last night.

As many of you are aware, the past few weeks have been very tense with political strife stirred by the former leftest/socialist President in the Chavez-Ortega-Castro axis.

Marlene, her friends and family are very concerned for their country as it is under attack by outside forces.  I am so very proud of them, the majority of their countrymen and their leaders for taking stands for freedom, democracy and the rule of law.

We are so thankful for their safety.
